If you have a complaint
If you experience anything at Yoga Point Brixton that upsets you in any way, please contact Rebecca Hopwood as soon as possible. You can do this by email, phone-call or letter.
She will contact you, as soon as she can, hopefully the same day but if that is not possible, within one week.
She will either have an initial conversation on the phone, followed by an in-person meeting, if needed, or can arrange to meet you in-person first, if that is better for you.
Having listened to your experience she will discuss what actions would ensure that you feel that your complaint has been addressed. This can potentially include refunds and free classes in addition to providing an apology. It can also potentially include speaking to teachers or other people attending Yoga Point.
