Do you seek clarity and grounding in a specific area of your life? Are you dealing with doubt or an unsettling gut feeling: ‘I feel I can experience and do better?’ You can. Most of the time we are more afraid of our own potential and innate strength than our self-proclaimed weaknesses. I work as a life coach and support people on their journey towards a more fulfilling life. My approach is compassionate and skilful. In my sessions we shift the focus from the ‘why’ to the ‘how’. You learn to tap into your potential and your innate resourcefulness, to increase your psychological flexibility and to gain clarity & grounding.

I trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) (certified at RINO Institute in The Netherlands). ACT is especially helpful in facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, decisions, insomnia, low confidence and personal development. My approach is holistic. This means I work with the totality of your being: mind, body and spirit, with an eye and understanding for the broader relational field and environment you are in.

I work in an open-ended way, allowing the process to flow according to your changing needs. This means we discuss at the end of each session if and when another session is needed. Usually a coaching process takes 3 to 10 sessions.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have or to arrange an initial session.

I am an executive, life, wellbeing and career integrative coach and humanistic integrative counsellor. As a coach, I am passionate about providing the space for people to identify and achieve their personal and professional priorities and goals. Through coaching I can help you unlock your potential and bridge the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be in the future.

Coaching is right for you if:

– you are feeling stuck and are going round in circles
– you have been noticing self-limiting beliefs/ thinking patterns or an imposter syndrome
– voice telling you something is not for you
– you want to see things from a different point of view
– you want to change something about your life and want to take action

My coaching approach
My coaching approach emphasises your unique potential for growth and fulfilment. It is holistic and creative in unblocking disruptions to psychological health and enabling strength and choice in the ‘here and now'. It is also naturally inquisitive and thought provoking with an element of challenge designed to encourage you to think creatively, explore working outside your comfort zone and take actions towards achieving your goals and objectives.

How we can work together
We can start with a FREE initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) on the phone or online. Sessions are either 50 or 80 minutes long and can be held in person at Yoga Point studio, online or on the telephone.
