ABOUT RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative yoga is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner. It comes from the Iyengar yoga tradition, developed by B.K.S. Iyengar (1918-1914) in Inda.
In this more passive style of yoga, the postures are held for a much longer period of time and props (bolsters, blocks etc.) are used to support the body. Restorative yoga can be very good to help reduce stress.
