Mum and Baby


This postnatal yoga class is on Fridays at 11:30 and is a nurturing space that focuses on supporting your health and wellbeing, where new mums can meet each other and share experiences while adjusting to having a baby.

It includes gentle stretching and strengthening of the body, exercises to improve posture, breathing and relaxation techniques to promote inner calm, songs and gentle movements to bond with the baby. Postnatal yoga can definitely help with your postnatal recovery as well as being a lovely place to meet other mums and connect to a support network.

You may begin this class after your 6-8 week postnatal check up.
