ABOUT PREGNANCY YOGA
Shelley teaches our pregnancy class in Brixton/Herne Hill on Sunday evenings.
This yoga class is suitable from 12-weeks into your pregnancy. Designed to nurture and support you through pregnancy, birth and beyond, it includes stretches, movements, breathing and relaxation techniques that can help you to ease niggles, sleep better and be more comfortable in pregnancy and to bond with your baby after birth. Yoga during pregnancy can aid deep relaxation, calm fluctuating emotions and help to prepare you for labour and the early days with your baby. This class is also an opportunity to meet others who are pregnant and live close by, creating a support network during pregnancy and beyond.
No previous yoga experience is required.
When Shelley is away, Michele teaches the class whenever possible. Michele is a Senior pregnancy yoga teacher and doula and has worked with us at Yoga Point for years. She is aligned with our values and was instrumental in helping us to find Shelley.

ABOUT ME & BABY MOVEMENT
Shelley teaches our post-natal class in Brixton/Herne Hill on Wednesday mornings.
This post-natal class is for mothers with space to practice with your baby on the mat or nearby.
This class supports a return to movement, while learning to include everything that is happening in the room – including your baby – as part of the practice.
Rooted in yoga, meditation and mindfulness, each session offers space to move, breathe, settle and respond to what is here.
A small amount of baby movement is woven into the class.
The class runs for 75 minutes, followed by time to sit, share and connect.
Crawling babies are welcome. Mothers can attend for as long as they feel comfortable.
No previous yoga experience is required.
