About lunchtime classes

The dynamic vinyasa and dharma classes can be suitable for beginners but the classes are physically challenging so a level of fitness is required. The Wednesday Pilates and yoga class is a more gentle class and is suitable for people who prefer a less physically demanding practice.

The Tuesday  and Thursday classes are available via Zoom.
