Sonia began her regular yoga practice in 2007 and then began teacher training with Yoga Campus in 2021. She has been teaching Pilates matwork and apparatus since 2004, but has always enjoyed doing other mindful movement and functional therapies such as Gyrotonics, Qi Gong and swimming with Steven Shaw.

Her approach to Yoga and Pilates teaching is to get students to feel, connect and meet their bodies just where they are, rather than looking to where they would like to be. This allows you to discover the real joy of yoga: to experience, explore, see things in new ways, feel better about yourself and meet your true self.
