Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book a class or can I just turn up?

We ask everyone to please book before attending. This involves setting up an account with our Booking system, TeamUp. There is information on how to do this here.

If you have any trouble with the TeamUp booking system please look at the next question, “I am having trouble signing up to TeamUp, can you help?”

If you cannot manage to book and you have not had a response from info@yogapoint.co.uk please bring a payment card to class and ask the teacher if you can pay at the desk. Please ensure you have emailed in before attending.

I am having trouble signing up to TeamUp can you help?

There are a couple of difficulties you may be experiencing:

The TeamUp system is asking you to login rather than create an account.
If this happens, please try the “Reset Password” option.  You can see here how to reset your password.
You may have an old account with TeamUp which you are unaware of (TeamUp may have merged with a company you have or previously had an account with). We can’t create an account for you, if you already have one using that email.

You are stuck in a glitch loop and cannot create an account.
Sometimes the system glitches and you can’t get past it. If this happens, please write in to info@yogapoint.co.uk. We can set up an account for you, please let us know your name and the email address you would like to use for the account.
You will then receive a link to add a password and finish setting the account up.

If you haven’t been able to set up an account but would like to come to a class you can BUT first please write in to info@yogapoint.co.uk and bring a payment card with you. The teacher can probably book you in and if not, we will be in touch with you to sort it out.

What should I wear?

Can I bring my teenage son/ daughter to a class?

How do I change my email address in my TeamUp account?

In order to change your email, you need to log in to your TeamUp account first. If you are unsure how to access your account, How to log in and check your account.

Once you have accessed your account, you need to click on “profile”. This will take you to where you can change your personal details, including email address.

We cannot change your email for you. If you are not able to change your email, you can set up a new account with the correct email and then ask us to merge the two accounts, keeping the correct email. If you would like us to do that, please email info@yogapoint.co.uk.
