Teenagers (13-19) can pay half-price for classes. 13-16 year olds need to be accompanied by a parent or carer.

YOGA FOR TEENAGERS

A mindful practice provides a focus on connecting the mind and body and away from external appearance. A regular yoga class can help teenagers learn skills to cope with the pressures of school and life. Yoga can help increase strength and flexibility, improve sleep, general mood and help manage emotions.
