Book course
This 6-week course runs from 8 January 2025 – 12 February 2025 on Wednesday evenings from 8pm-9pm.
People can sometimes join, once the course has started, just write in to info@yogapoint.co.uk.
This course is lead by Vaccasin and is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.
