The class includes a Vinyasa Krama practice that maintains a regular sequence over a period of time to offer the practitioner the opportunity to progress and develop incrementally. From Mantra (chant), pranayama (breathing), Dhyana (Meditation), to Asana (posture) and of course a great and long Savasana.
