Classes: arrival
Please arrive on time for classes. On time is 10 minutes before the class is due to start.
Studio Class Latecomers
We ask that all teachers start the class on time. It is at the discretion of the teachers whether they admit latecomers to the class. Some teachers will let people join a class late others find it too discruptive.
Cancellation and No Shows
If you cannot make it to a class, you need to cancel online (via the booking system), no later than 2 hours before the start of the class. If you do, any credit used to pay for this class will be returned to your account. Please note, it can take a few days for Stripe (the payment system) to return the money to your account.
If you cancel less than 2 hours before the class, this is a late cancellation. Credit will not be returned for late cancellations or no shows.
Workshops and Courses: cancellation policy
Clients can cancel any booking for a course or a workshop with 7 or more days notice and receive a full refund. After that time, there is no refund. We reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop if necessary. Any client who has booked a place will be given a full refund.
Class packs
Class packs are sold at a cheaper price than drop-in classes and refunds are not generally given on class packs once purchased. All class packs have an expiry date, and cannot be extended or suspended except in exceptional circumstances. Class packs are assigned to individual clients and cannot be shared between clients.
Each class pack clearly states the expiry details on it.
