Sudhi began his yoga journey thirty years ago in Mysore, India, a renowned hub for authentic yoga. He has completed advanced training in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa styles from a well-known Yoga Shala in Mysore.
Sudhi has many years experience offering guidance both in-person and online to students of diverse levels and abilities. He has worked with hundreds of yogis across continents, supporting them on their yoga paths.
For Sudhi, yoga is a way of life, a moving meditation that helps you discover your true self. He is skilled in teaching wide range of yoga, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama and Kriyas. With his deep understanding of breathing techniques and asanas, Sudhi creates a safe and inclusive environment for all practitioners.
