What matters is the state of mind that accompanies the action itself.
Linda took her first yoga class involuntarily in her teens thanks to a PE substitute teacher in Italy, not exactly sure what all those funny movements were about. It all came back many years later, in London. In 2008, her regular practice started. Linda completed her 200 hours teacher training in Power yoga in 2014. She then completed 500 hours of Vinyasa training under the guidance of Steward Gilchrist at the East London School of Yoga. where she continues to practice regularly there.
Her teaching style is strong with an emphasis on creating space where once stuck by becoming aware of the noise in the mind and the wonder of the breath.
Her full gratitude is for all her past, present and future teachers for the knowledge she had and will gain.
