It is useful if you let us know any previous experience of yoga, if there is a particular style of yoga you are interested in, whether you have any health issues that you are working with and your aims for the class/ classes.
ABOUT ONE-TO-ONE CLASSES
There are different reasons why people decide to take a one-to-one yoga class. Sometimes there is a posture they particularly want help with, or an injury or condition that they are working with. Some people feel anxious about being in a class with others. Some people want to try yoga one-to-one before coming to an open class and some people have a busy schedule and can’t fit in a regular class.
A one-to-one class can be tailored to your needs. The teacher will have a chat at the beginning in order to understand your experience of yoga and your goals.
