YOGA AND BABY
This class is due to return in February 2026.
The class will be on a Wednesday at 11am. It will be a nurturing space that focuses on supporting your health and wellbeing, where you can experiences while adjusting to having a baby.
It includes gentle stretching and strengthening of the body, exercises to improve posture, breathing and relaxation techniques to promote inner calm, songs and gentle movements to bond with the baby. Postnatal yoga can definitely help with your postnatal recovery as well as being a lovely place to meet others and connect to a support network.
You may begin this class after your 6-8 week postnatal check up.
