This 5-week course runs from 11 June – 9 July 2025 on Wednesday evenings from 8pm-9pm.

This 5 week course with Isaac is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.
This is a Dynamic Vinyasa course. Dynamic vinyasa is a fast-paced practice with movement linked to the breath. A level of fitness and mobility is needed for this class.
