This 5-week course runs from 11 June – 9 July 2025 on Wednesday evenings from 8pm-9pm.

People can sometimes join, once the course has started, just write in to info@yogapoint.co.uk.

This 5 week course with Isaac is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.

This is a Dynamic Vinyasa course. Dynamic vinyasa is a fast-paced practice with movement linked to the breath. A level of fitness and mobility is needed for this class.

Yoga can strengthen and stretch the entire body. It can improv balance and focus and help reduce stress and anxiety
