This beginners drop-in class with Yinka is on every Tuesday from 7:30pm-8:30pm. It is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.

Yoga can strengthen and stretch the body, improve balance and focus and help reduce stress and anxiety.
