Easter somatic movement exploration:
Resource & Reclaim with Nurturing Yourself

Call this Easter, a resourcing and nourishing one. Suhad is guiding another Somatic Movement exploration for Resourcing and nurturing your way into integration and wholeness. In our modern way of life that often pulls us in countless directions of distraction and disconnection, it becomes such an essential task for us to reclaim our relationship with ourselves. You will uncover a felt sense of what it feels like to regulate your internal needs both physiologically, emotionally and psychologically and spiritually and balance those in relationship to the needs of others and the requirements of our environment.  This is an opportunity to explore your Soma (the body experienced from within), deepen your understanding of your needs, and develop an inner witness to your kinaesthetic, proprioceptive, interoceptive, and tactile experiences. You’ll also have the option to integrate your experiences through journaling or drawing, fostering a deeper connection to your embodied self.

Suhad will facilitate a safe and supportive space to listen to the symphony of sensory messages, impulses to move, images, getting to know ourselves and our needs beyond the surface level. Suhad will draw on themes of: self and others, content and container, Infant movement patterns (Basic Neurocellular Patterns) to support the shift from fragmentation to integration and well-being.

Who is this for?

These workshops are accessible to all bodies: individuals seeking to deepen their connection with their body’s innate wisdom.  Individuals seeking a gentle and embodied approach to movement and healing. Those experiencing chronic health conditions, autoimmune disorders, or Long Covid. Anyone who finds traditional yoga practices challenging or inaccessible.

Suhad’s intention is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for healing and restore balance at all levels.
