To book a class

You need an account with TeamUp.

To create an account: click on a class and choose the “sign up” option, then follow the prompts to create an account.

Once you have an account:

You can book via the TeamUp App from App store or Play store
or
via the website by clicking on a class.

Class Levels

All welcome = appropriate for beginners and those with experience.

Level 1 = people with some experience.

Level 2 = people with further experience.
