Most of the time we are more afraid of our own potential and innate strength than our self-proclaimed weaknesses. I work as a life coach and support people on their journey towards a more fulfilling life. My approach is compassionate and skilful. In my sessions we shift the focus from the ‘why’ to the ‘how’. You learn to tap into your potential and your innate resourcefulness, to increase your psychological flexibility and to gain clarity & grounding.
I trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) (certified at RINO Institute in The Netherlands). ACT is especially helpful in facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, decisions, insomnia, low confidence and personal development. My approach is holistic. This means I work with the totality of your being: mind, body and spirit, with an eye and understanding for the broader relational field and environment you are in.
I work in an open-ended way, allowing the process to flow according to your changing needs. This means we discuss at the end of each session if and when another session is needed. Usually a coaching process takes 3 to 10 sessions.
