ABOUT HATHA YOGA
In London, Hatha yoga, has come to be a very broad term and hatha yoga classes can vary greatly. Some are very gentle and some are intense.
Sudhi’s strong hatha class: in this class Sudhi takes you through the fundamentals of yoga. Each week the focus is on a different group of asanas. These are practiced at a slow pace, allowing time to really engage with each asana and engage the breath. By attending this class you will have a better idea of how to approach the asanas in a vinyasa class.
Paula’s hatha flow class: this class is a more gently class. Paula weaves the asanas (postures) together, orchestrated by the breath to create a flowing, grounding practice to build flexibility and stamina, gently energise and release tension. Also incorporating yoga therapeutics, this mindful class will soothe anxious bodies and leave you feeling balanced and nourished.
