People with experience
We have a variety of people attending Yoga Point, some people are new to yoga, some have been practising for years. Finding the right class, does not only depend on how much experience you have but it can be a useful starting point. It can also depend on how fit or strong you are, how used to exercise you are or, if you are a beginner, whether you would like to be in a class with other people who are also beginners.

Some experience of yoga
Our Level 1 and Level 1 & 2 classes can be good for people who have some experience.
Several years of experience
If you are very experienced at practising yoga, our level 2 classes might be of interest. Additionaly Some of our classes that are labelled “All welcome” will also be appropriate depending on the nature of the class.
Workshops
We have regular workshops at the weekends. These are an opportunity to attend a longer session which may be focussed on taking more time to recuperate in a Yin or Restorative class or looking at some specific aspects of the yoga practice in more detail.
