Tessa is leading this Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop.It is suitable for people with all levels of experience.

Help prepare body and mind to embrace the light and receive the warm, envigorating   energy of early Summer.

Yin yoga is the perfect complement to any exercise programme and dynamic yoga practise.

The combination of focused breath work and yoga postures  works to support deep release of tension and tightness in muscles and  connective tissues and helps to calm and soothe the central nervous system promoting a sense of calm and ease in body and mind.

The workshop will end with a guided Yoga Nidra.  Yoga Nidra is sometimes referred to Yogic Sleep or Non Sleep Deep Rest, a gentle guided meditation to further support deep relaxation and rest.

Help prepare body and mind to wake from winter slumber and receive the gentle energy of early Spring.

The workshop will end with a guided Yoga Nidra.  Yoga Nidra is sometimes referred to Yogic Sleep or Non Sleep Deep Rest.  Gently guided meditation support deep relaxation and rest.
