Yin yoga is the perfect complement to your exercise programme and dynamic yoga practise. Yin yoga helps to provide deep release, relaxation and ease for the connective tissues (ligaments, fascia, bones and joints). The postures are held for longer, combined with focused, relaxing breathwork to help calm and soothe the central nervous system. Yoga props are used to support comfort, tension release and ease.
The workshop will end with a guided Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is sometimes referred to Yogic Sleep or Non Sleep Deep Rest. Gently guided meditation support deep relaxation and rest.
