ABOUT HATHA YOGA
Hatha can be a very broad term. Hatha yoga means the physical practice of yoga. As such, all physical yoga is hatha yoga. However Hatha yoga has come to mean classes that are not vinyasa classes. This means time is spent in each posture. At yoga point we have two classes called hatha.
STRONG HATHA
This class is taught by Sudhi on Fridays at 11am. This is a traditional hatha class as taught in India. Time is spent exploring the fundamentals of the asanas. Sudhi is from Mysore and brings decades of teaching experience.
HATHA FLOW
Paula teaches this class which is a more gentle version of a vinyasa class.
