WELCOME TO YOGA POINT BRIXTON
The purpose of our yoga studio is to provide a space to practise yoga, meditation and breath in a supported, connected community. As well as weekly classes, we have regular workshops, including sound baths and a therapy room.

Yoga for Beginners
If you are new to practising yoga, we have regular courses for beginners, a drop-in beginner class and workshops. Please click here for more information.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION
We have classes that focus on breathwork and meditation. More information is available here.
WORKSHOPS
We have regular workshops at the weekends. These are an opportunity to attend a longer session which may be focussed on taking more time to recuperate in a Yin or Restorative class or looking at some specific aspects of the yoga practice eg yoga inversions, in more detail.
THERAPIES
We have therapists offering massage, reiki, psychotherapy, counselling in our therapy room. More information is available here.
