EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS

Yoga classes vary a lot depending on the style of the class and the teacher. There is some explanation about different styles, under “Yoga” on our website. And you will find information about each teacher on their teacher’s page.

While “all welcome” classes are open to beginners and people with limited experience of yoga, this does not necessarily mean that someone with a lot of experience won’t learn/ be challenged/ benefit from the class.

Some experience of yoga

We generally suggest that Level 1 and Level 1 & 2 classes can be good for people who have some experience, are not beginners.

Several years experience

If you are very experienced at practising yoga, our level 2 classes might be of interest. Level 2 classes usually include inversions. A couple of these classes are “All welcome” classes because, as explained above, they will be interesting for people with experience.

WORKSHOPS

We have regular workshops at the weekends. These are an opportunity to attend a longer session which may be focussed on taking more time to recuperate in a Yin or Restorative class or looking at some specific aspects of the yoga practice in more detail.
