Ruth has been teaching Iyengar yoga for 20+ years (qualified at Junior Intermediate II Level), having trained at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Maida Vale. She uses her experience to deconstruct the poses, taking great care to bring awareness and correct actions to specific parts of the body. With her sense of humour and compassionate attitude she makes classes enjoyable as well as positive for physical and mental health.
