Amy’s yoga journey began in 2015. After falling in love with the feeling of nurture after the class, Amy decided to take an extensive tour through many different forms of yoga as a student such as Hot Yoga, Rocket, Dharma, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
In 2017 Amy took the 200 hours Hatha training in London with Ayurvedapura and continued exploring many types of yoga. In 2019 Amy furthered her yoga experience and qualifications by attending and passing 50 hours Rocket course with David Kyle in Milan and later that year 50 hours Yin course with Sebastine and Murrial in London. In 2020, Amy flew to Mandrem in Goa to complete a 100 hours Mandala yoga training course with The Yoga people. 50 hours Rocket and 10 hours Tripsicore.
Amy’s yoga style is creative, dynamic but fun and challenging with a lot of options for modifications. “Do what you love, love what you do” Amy quotes to herself. (is Amy’s philosophy)
Amy is a qualified massage therapist with 10 years experience.
