Harshini will be leading this two-hour class on the May 25 Bank Holiday Monday.
Harshini is a Level 3 Iyengar teacher and has been teaching for 20 years. She also has BSc and MSc degrees in Ayurvedic Medicine, the sister science of yoga.
This class is suitable for people with 2+ years of Iyengar yoga practice.
