This course is lead by Vaccasin and is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.

If you have any injuries or medical issues that you are working with and are unsure about whether yoga is appropriate please write in to info@yogapoint.co.uk

Yoga can strengthen and stretch the body, improve balance and focus and help reduce stress and anxiety.
