This beginners drop-in class with Donna is every Tuesday from 7:30pm-8:30pm.
It is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.

Yoga is primarily for the mind. To help achieve calmness and space in the mind, it can help reduce stress and anxiety. It can also strengthen and stretch the body, improve balance.
