Helen found yoga when needing some time to focus on herself after having her second baby. She immediately (and unexpectedly) fell in love with it and weaved it into daily life, practicing in local studios throughout South London. Over the years she has studied with many inspiring yoga teachers who have embedded the physical, spiritual and nurturing elements of yoga into her practice. In 2021 Helen took the leap into teaching and undertook her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Kindred Yoga under the guidance of Katarina Rayburn and Helen Russell-Clark.
Helen offers dynamic vinyasa flow yoga classes with a soundtrack to uplift and then soothe the soul, moving with strength and control through creative sequences with breath leading the way. Perhaps more importantly she believes that everyone who comes to her class should experience a sense of calm and balance, both in body and mind. Helen aims to create a place of belonging and inclusion for all people, to connect and share in a safe space and find their own yoga journey.
