Inner Qigong is easy to learn and enjoyable to do. Even a few minutes of practise can have an invigorating and rejuvenating effect.

Regular practice brings about a deep strengthening effect for the whole body and its various systems: nervous, immune, digestive, respiratory, musculo -skeletal & hormonal.

QiGong translates as Energy Exercise. It works on the same energetic principles as Shiatsu, using the meridians and five elements as a starting point. The practice has evolved from Aikido, Taoist Movement Meditation, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais Method, Tibetan Yantra Yoga and Developmental Movement Therapy. It is not a rigid form of movements to learn but a framework of focused experiments through which you can become aware of your inner self and how it connects up.

Karen has been practicing since 2009 and teaching inner Qigong since 2011.
