This 7 week course runs from 7 September 2022 – 19 October 2022 on Wednesday evenings from 8-9pm.
It is lead by Vaccasin and is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning. The courses run throughout the year and each one will take a different focus.

Yoga can strengthen and stretch the body, improve balance and focus and help to manage/reduce stress and anxiety.
