This 4-week course runs from 30 October 2024 – 20 November 2024 on Wednesday evenings from 8-9pm.
It is lead by Vaccasin and is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.
